Major development for entering Israel: for visa-exempt travelers, the country is preparing to revise its entry formalities.

The Hebrew State, for which an electronic visa already exists for certain nationalities/situations, will require the obtaining of an electronic visa (its name will be ETA-IL) for citizens of countries benefiting from a visa exemption whose all European countries.

From July 1, 2024, the ETA-IL eVisa will be available to nationals of countries today exempt from entry visas into Israel. It will be mandatory as of August, 1st 2024.

To request the ETA-IL electronic travel authorization, Visa Travel International can assist you and obtain it for you as we already do for all the different types of existing electronic Visas (USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, Benin , Cameroon, …).

The ETA-IL electronic visa, covering travel reasons for Tourism, Business, studies, etc., will be valid for a period of 2 years upon approval and will allow multiple entries over its period of validity.

Each stay in Israel cannot exceed 90 days.
