General information

To travel to Brazil you generally do not need a Visa for a business or tourist stay of up to 90 days.
However, some requests such as a long trip, a work visit, an internship in a Brazilian company or an expatriation Visa (this list is obviously not exhaustive) require a Visa.
Visa Travel International is an agency approved by the Brazilian consulate to assist you in your formalities and whatever the type of Visa you need.

Do you need a visa for Brazil ?

A trip to Brazil does not require a Visa application for nationals of the following countries (for a stay of less than 90 days): South Africa, Germany, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, South Korea , Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Morocco, Monaco, Norway, New Zealand, SM Order, Malta , Paraguay, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Holy See, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Suriname, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkey, Uruguay.

Be careful, however, to inform yourself regularly about this exemption, which may be called into question at any time by the Brazilian authorities.

Conditions of entry in Brazil

To be able to enter the territory of Brazil, the traveler must bring his passport valid for 6 months after the date of return, his Visa if necessary, as well as a return flight ticket.
The results of a negative PCR test of less than 72 hours will also be needed.

It should be noted that, even if the traveler is in possession of all the documents requested to validate his entry into Brazil, the Brazilian authorities reserve the right to refuse access to their territory without having to justify it.

VTI’s advice for your trip to Brazil

Be patient if you need a Visa for Brazil.
The consulate is very demanding and frequently requests new documents to be attached to your file even if these were not initially provided.
This has the effect of slowing down the processing of the application and consequently the obtaining of your Visa.
